Return and Exchange Policy

At Zaroodi, we offer both ready-to-ship and custom made-to-order products. All products undergo rigorous quality control procedures prior to dispatch. We encourage all customers to carefully review this policy before completing a purchase.


1. RETURN POLICY

1.1 Custom-Made/Regular/Ready-to-Ship Products – Returns Accepted

Custom-made and Regular/Ready-to-Ship Products are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Change of mind or preference
  • Color or style dissatisfaction (when product matches description)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders for custom items
  • Personalized or customized items

1.3 Order Finality

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, production commences immediately. Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned after placement.


2. EXCHANGE POLICY

2.1 No Exchanges Offered

Zaroodi does not provide exchange services for any products under any circumstances. All sales are final.

2.2 Size Verification

Customers must carefully verify sizing information using our provided Size Chart before purchase. Zaroodi is not liable for sizing errors made by the customer during the ordering process.


3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

3.1 Replacement Eligibility

We will provide a replacement only (no refund) if a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, subject to the following conditions:

To qualify for replacement consideration, customers must:

a) Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery confirmation
b) Provide mandatory video evidence:

  • Complete, uninterrupted unboxing video
  • Recording must begin before the parcel is opened
  • Video must clearly show the packaging condition and product defect

c) Submit photographic evidence:

  • Clear photos of the defective product
  • Photos of the exterior and interior packaging
  • Close-up images of the specific defect or damage

3.3 Claim Submission Process

All claims must be submitted via email to: zaroodi.care@gmail.com

Required information:

  • Order ID/Number
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photographic evidence
  • Detailed description of the damage or defect
  • Delivery receipt or tracking information

3.4 Claim Evaluation

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video will be automatically rejected
  • Zaroodi reserves the right to verify, investigate, and approve or deny any claim at its sole discretion
  • Decisions are made after thorough inspection of submitted evidence
  • Processing time: 3-7 business days from receipt of complete documentation

3.5 Approved Replacements

If a claim is approved:

  • A replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost
  • Shipping method and timeline will match the original order
  • No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  • The defective product may need to be returned as per our instructions

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4.1 Zaroodi’s liability is limited to product replacement only, as outlined in Section 3.

4.2 We are not liable for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by third-party courier services
  • Damage occurring after successful delivery
  • Loss or theft of packages after delivery confirmation
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

4.3 Manufacturing variations of up to 5% in measurements, color shade differences due to screen resolution, and minor variations in handcrafted items are considered normal and do not qualify for replacement.


5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1 Policy Modifications

Zaroodi reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

5.2 Entire Agreement

This policy, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between Zaroodi and the customer.

5.3 Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jalandhar-City, Punjab.

5.4 Severability

If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
