1. Size Issues:

We do not offer replacements for products due to size issues. Customers must refer to our size chart guide before placing an order. Properly measuring yourself ensures a better fit for your chosen product. Once an order is placed, we proceed with the order designing process. Please note that return and exchanges are not available for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.

2. Exchange Policy:

Exchange Conditions

  • Size Confirmation: If we have contacted you via WhatsApp or email to confirm the size of your order after it has been placed, and you have reconfirmed the size, we will not accept exchanges for size-related issues for that particular order. This policy ensures accuracy and prevents errors, as the size was double-checked and confirmed by you.

    At ZAROODI, we strive to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality. However, despite rigorous quality checks, it is possible that customers may receive a damaged or defective product due to mishandling during transit.

    Returns

    • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 5 days of delivery. To process your claim efficiently, we require unboxing videos and pictures clearly showing the defects, along with images of the original packaging.

    • Lost Packages: In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit, please submit your claim within 2 days of the expected delivery date.

    To initiate an exchange for a different size, please follow these steps:
