Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 12 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 12 hours after it has been placed.

Refund Policy

If your order is prepaid (i.e., you have already paid for the product in advance), we will process your refund within 3–4 working days. The refund will be issued through the same payment gateway used at checkout.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Only prepaid orders are eligible for refunds.
  • Refund requests must be made within the specified cancellation period.

Processing Time:

  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–4 working days.
  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

No Additional Fees:

  • We do not impose any additional charges for processing cancellations and refunds.
  • The full amount paid by the customer will be refunded without any deductions.
